In my role as Lookdev Supervisor I make sure the artists have everything they need to make great looking art, efficiently, in Unreal Engine. This includes PBR validation tools across multiple softwares, blueprint utility tools for content optimization, and a robust color management pipeline. All of this on a team with multiple external vendors.

I work together with the Art Director to develop the look of the game, creating optimized yet expressive main materials, and guide the artists with the creation of more advanced materials.

I'm also working closely with render engineers to suggest new functionality, and help with managing scalability settings for multiple platforms while keeping consistent visuals.
